At MudHen Brewing Company, we believe in the perfect blend of fitness and fun, which is why on April 19, 2024, from 5 PM to 9 PM, we hosted the exhilarating DelMo IPA 5K & Beer Mile. It was an evening filled with adrenaline, accomplishment, and, of course, plenty of ice-cold brews.
The DelMo IPA 5K & Beer Mile brought together the best of both worlds – world-class running courtesy of DelMoSports and world-class beer from MudHen Brewing Co. Runners and beer enthusiasts alike converged at our brewery for an unforgettable experience that combined athleticism and camaraderie.
The evening kicked off with DJ KEV setting the mood with upbeat tunes in the main parking lot from 5 PM to 9 PM. Meanwhile, Phunn Button kept the party going with live music in the Biergarten, creating a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and excitement. Guests also enjoyed the convenience of our beer trailer, ensuring that no one went thirsty throughout the festivities.
As athletes crossed the finish line, they were greeted with a complimentary buffet, providing much-needed sustenance after the exhilarating races. The closed, safe course offered runners the opportunity to push themselves to new limits while enjoying outstanding views of the ocean along the way. Every participant received swag to commemorate their achievement, with awards aplenty to recognize their hard work and dedication.
The DelMo IPA 5K & Beer Mile was more than just a race – it was an opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and celebrate their accomplishments. Whether crossing the finish line or cheering from the sidelines, everyone played a part in making the event a resounding success.
