Four breweries from New Jersey claimed medals at the 2026 World Beer Cup. Wander Back Beerworks in Vineland snagged gold in one of the toughest categories. Officials revealed the winners May 3.

Wander Back Lager crushed 156 competitors to capture the Munich-Style Helles category — one of the five most-entered categories at the competition.

MudHen Brewing Co. in Wildwood secured silver with Captain Doug’s Porter in the Robust Porter category. Odd Bird Brewing in Stockton grabbed bronze with House Red in the Experimental Beer category.

Subculture Artisan Ales in Florence clinched bronze with Burton Reynolds in the Historical Beer category.

According to NJ.com, the World Beer Cup is one of the most prestigious beer contests on the planet.
