🌎 At MudHen Brewing Company, we believe in raising a glass to the planet—and that’s exactly what we did on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 for our 4th Annual Earth Day Celebration! From succulent planting and craft beer sipping to music and marine life education, this event brought the Wildwood community together in the most creative and eco-friendly way.
Guests got their hands dirty and their spirits lifted with our Plant & Sip Workshop, led by the talented team from Barnyard Friends. Each attendee selected their own unique planter—ranging from mason jars and hand-cut wine bottles to cedar boxes and glass terrariums—and built a personalized succulent garden with expert guidance.

Best of all, a portion of every ticket went directly to support the Nature Center of Cape May—so every planter made a difference!
The evening’s soundtrack came courtesy of Mike Tobin, who kept the feel-good energy flowing with live acoustic music from 5 PM to 9 PM. With a pint in hand and succulents in the soil, it was a perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature.
We also introduced our Drink for a Cause initiative:
$1 from every beer sold during the event was donated to the Nature Center of Cape May, helping fund educational programs and local conservation efforts. Every pint poured helped protect our shore’s natural beauty!
The Nature Center of Cape May was on-site with a touch tank exhibit, giving guests of all ages the chance to explore and interact with marine life. It was a hands-on way to learn about our coastal ecosystems—and a huge hit with kids and adults alike.
