Friday, April 21st, the busiest road in Wildwood was shut down and filled with athletes and beer lovers alike as we hosted our Annual MudHen Brewing Co. IPA 5K & Beer Mile presented by DelMo Sports.
This year we had a whopping 650+ athletes register to be part of the fun. With proceeds benefitting the Lunch with Lynch Foundation. From t-shirts with fun slogans and tutus to Super Dad pushing two strollers across the route, this year was nothing short of a memorable experience.
The Beer Mile defending champion, Justin Ehring, took home the gold with a double header of IPA 5K First Place and Beer Mile Champion with a 5 minute 46 second mile.
