As the echoes of hooves and laughter fade, we reflect on the thrilling Kentucky Derby extravaganza that unfolded at MudHen Brewing Company in Wildwood, NJ, on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. From live music to exclusive tastings and the excitement of horse racing, it was an evening of elegance, excitement, and pure entertainment.
The festivities kicked off at 5:00 PM with the infectious beats of Animal House. From classic tunes to crowd favorites, the band kept the energy high and the dance floor packed until 9:00 PM. Guests swayed to the music, enjoying every moment of the lively atmosphere.
Throughout the evening, guests indulged in the quintessential Kentucky Derby drink – the Mint Julep. Made with Angel’s Envy bourbon, these special cocktails added a touch of sophistication and flavor to the festivities. Sipping on a Mint Julep, guests toasted to the spirit of the Derby and the thrill of the race.
From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, guests had the opportunity to experience exclusive tastings and thrilling giveaways with Angel’s Envy angels. These experts shared their knowledge and passion for bourbon, guiding guests through a sensory journey of flavor and aroma. Lucky winners walked away with exciting prizes, adding to the excitement of the evening.
As the sun began to set, guests gathered around the big screens to watch the Kentucky Derby unfold. The excitement of the race filled the air as spectators cheered on their favorite horses, eagerly awaiting the outcome. It was the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration and camaraderie.
