MudHen & Morey’s Piers Beer Pairing Dinner

Join us at The Station House for a special four-course beer pairing dinner celebrating two Wildwood favorites — MudHen Brewing Company & Morey’s Piers. This seated culinary experience features curated dishes paired with MudHen craft beers, hosted by local personality John Lynch, who will share stories about Wildwood, the boardwalk, and the breweries.

Guests will enjoy a welcome beer followed by four courses, each paired with a MudHen beer.

Welcome Beer: MudHen Pilsner – crisp, refreshing pilsner brewed with German malt & American noble-type hops.

Course One: Seafood Arancini (shrimp & scallop) Served with garlic aioli, frisée lettuce & citrus vinaigrette

• Paired with Holly Beach Wheat (Belgian Witbier with citrus peel & ginger notes)

Course Two: Morey’s Signature Curly Fries with ketchup & MudHen Wings served dry with honey sriracha sauce on the side

• Paired with MudHen Pale Ale (Cascade & Chinook hops with a hint of blood orange)

Course Three — Entrée (choice of one):Braised Short Rib (GF) Served with garlic mashed potatoes & roasted vegetables

• Paired with 1883 IPA (floral, citrus & pine with a dry finish)

OR Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon (GF) Finished with lemon beurre blanc, served with rice pilaf & roasted asparagus

• Paired with Saison du Surf (rustic farmhouse ale with herbal and floral notes)

Course Four – Dessert: Warm Caramel Brownie Rich chocolate brownie with espresso whipped cream & sea salt

• Paired with MudHen Captain Doug’s Porter (dark ale with chocolate & roasted notes)
