Monster’s Harvest Salad – Mixed greens with roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, and maple vinaigrette.
Entrée Choices
Dr. Frankenstein’s Braised Short Rib – Red wine braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
The Bride’s Herb-Roasted Chicken – Chicken breast with herb cream sauce, roasted potatoes, and green beans.
Creature from the Black Lagoon Salmon – Pan-seared salmon with lemon dill sauce, rice pilaf, and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert – Graveyard Chocolate Mousse
