Off-Site Event Sponsorship Vendor Fee Policy

At MudHen Brewing Company, we proudly support community events and nonprofit initiatives through strategic, value-driven partnerships. Rather than providing traditional sponsorships, we offer a collaborative agreement designed to promote mutual benefit and meaningful engagement.

Sponsorship Structure

For approved off-site events, MudHen Brewing Company offers the following sponsorship model

Vendor Fee (Flat Donation)

A portion of the proceeds from every MudHen beer sold during the event will be donated back to the host organization or cause.

This approach allows our team to be an active, invested partner while directly contributing to the success of your event.

Earn a portion of every MudHen beer sold

Access to branded signage and promotional materials

On-site MudHen representatives to assist with setup, branding, and guest engagement

Getting Started

To move forward, we’ll need

Confirmation of event details (date, time, expected attendance, venue, licensing, etc.)

A signed agreement outlining wholesale pricing, profit share percentage, and logistical requirements
