Community Giving Guidelines

At MudHen Hospitality Group, our passion goes beyond great food, cold brews, and lively gatherings — we believe in lifting up our community, especially the next generation.

Our team is committed to supporting causes that help children, teens, and young adults lead brighter, healthier lives. Whether it’s through donated meals, event support, or a fun night out — we’re here to help where it counts.

All donation requests must be submitted through our official online form. We do not accept requests via phone, email, mail, or social media.

At this time, we only consider in-kind donations such as gift cards, merchandise, or food/beverage vouchers. We are not currently accepting applications for monetary donations or sponsorships.

Proof of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status(orequivalent) must be provided, including your organization’s EIN or federal ID number.

Be specific! Tell us the date and purpose of your event, and how our contribution will directly support young people in your community.

We only donate directly to nonprofit organizations. Third-party or pass-through requests will not be considered.

One request per organization per calendar year so we can extend our reach to as many groups as possible.

Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your event date to ensure proper review.

We’re proud to be part of the Wildwood community — and even prouder to give back to those helping the next generation thrive.
